When traveling for activities like hiking or fishing, it's essential to have a reliable way to navigate and keep track of your positions. That's where this app comes in handy. Its features include a compass for easy orientation, the ability to save your current position or get coordinates from a map, and the option to navigate back to saved waypoints using a guiding arrow.

The app also offers voice navigation, allowing you to listen to directions instead of constantly looking at your phone. You can track your path and save it to a tracks list, making it convenient to retrace your steps later on. Additionally, the app supports the import and export of GPX files, making it easy to share and transfer routes with others.

Another useful feature is the ability to share your location with others, ensuring that they know where you are. The app also supports navigation on the lock screen, so you can easily see your route without unlocking your phone.

In terms of visual information, the app shows a map that requires an internet connection, as well as providing sunrise and sunset times for optimal planning. It also displays current location information in various formats such as Decimal, DMS, MGRS, and what3words.

To enhance usability and provide helpful information, the app includes a HUD (head-up display) feature that allows you to check important details like current address, distance traveled, speed, estimated time of arrival (ETA), GPS accuracy, magnetic field strength, GPS altitude, and more.

It offers power-saving mode for prolonged use and the ability to correct declination for accurate navigation. Moreover, there is a car mode specifically designed for when the magnetometer is not reliable, ensuring accurate bearing while in a vehicle.

With its simple and user-friendly interface, this app is easy to navigate and use. Additionally, the sun position feature can be utilized to check compass calibration.

Disclaimer: If your device does not have a compass (magnetometer sensor), please note that the arrow will only rotate if you are in motion. In order to get accurate results, make sure to point the top of the device in the direction of your movement.
